When providing services related to the 'VISI-ONE Innovation Hub', the Operator shall acquire and process Personal Information within the scope necessary to achieve the purposes of use defined in the following section, either by automatic acquisition via the 'VISI-ONE Innovation Hub' site and event registration forms, or through manual registration by the user.

The Operator shall use Personal Information within the scope necessary for the following purposes:

5. Matters Concerning Security Management Measures
Regarding Personal Information, the Operator shall implement necessary and appropriate security management measures, such as the prevention of leakage, loss, or damage, for the purpose of management. Furthermore, the Operator shall exercise necessary and appropriate supervision over employees and contractors (including sub-contractors) handling Personal Information.
6. Provision of Personal Information to Third Parties
The Operator will not provide users' Personal Information to third parties (excluding contractors), except where the user has provided consent or in cases specified below:
(1) Where required by law (including, but not limited to, responding to inquiries related to police investigations, responding to searches based on warrants issued by judges, responding to inquiries concerning income tax or similar matters from tax offices, and responding to inquiries from bar associations).
(2) Where it is necessary for the protection of an individual's life, body, or property, and obtaining the consent of the individual is difficult.
(3) Where it is especially necessary for the improvement of public health or the promotion of the sound upbringing of children, and obtaining the consent of the individual is difficult. (4) Where it is necessary to cooperate with a national governmental organisation, a local public body, or a person entrusted by them in executing affairs prescribed by law, and obtaining the consent of the individual may impede the execution of said affairs.
7. Provision to Contractors
The Operator may outsource all or part of the processing of Personal Information within the scope necessary to achieve the purposes of use. When entrusting the processing of Personal Information, the Operator shall select an appropriate contractor and exercise the necessary and appropriate supervision to ensure the secure management of the Personal Information.
8. Requests for Disclosure, etc., of Personal Information
When requests are received for the referral, correction, suspension of use, or deletion of Personal Information, the Operator shall verify the identity of the individual through prescribed procedures and respond in accordance with the law. 9. Regarding Sensitive Personal Information
The International Blind Football Foundation shall not acquire, use, or provide sensitive Personal Information to third parties, except where based on laws and regulations or when consent has been obtained from the individual within the scope necessary for the execution of business.

The Operator shall periodically review the content of this Privacy Policy and may revise it as necessary. In such cases, the changes shall take effect from the date the revised version is published.
