the Future of Sight
A hub of innovation for vision issues
Diverse perspectives unlock society’s potential.
Vision issues affect not just those with legal disabilities, but all of us. Many of us rely on glasses or contacts, and our vision changes as we age. When seeing becomes difficult, everyday life can feel harder—from going out and getting information, to using devices, studying, or working.
VISI-ONE Innovation Hub is where we come together to recognize these diverse ways of seeing, and address the challenges that come with changing or reduced vision.
Here, people meet as equals to share experiences, spark ideas, and co-create solutions. Our open conversations turn into action—developing new technologies and introducing global best practices.
Step by step, we are building a hub that moves society forward. Join us to co-create the future of visual accessibility.

Our vision for the future
Differences in how we see should never be a barrier to how we live. When they are, the problem isn't the person, but the way our society is designed and the assumptions it makes. We launched this hub to change that reality, working with people in Japan and around the world.
For us, "vision issues" are not limited to legal definitions of disability. Many people's lives are affected by visual barriers —from glare that makes text unreadable and difficulty telling colors apart to presbyopia that blurs a display. Visual access is a universal need.
We start by embracing the diversity of ways of seeing and create a space where everyone can speak openly about their vision issues. From these conversations, we build ideas and relationships that lead to real change.
With global perspectives and leading-edge technologies, we're working to rebuild a society where everyone can live with confidence, autonomy, and ease.
Together with people who have lived experience, companies, startups, government, NGOs, universities, and the media, we're building a better future by tackling vision issues head on.
