Call for Applications: 3rd Practical Business Knowledge Workshop for People with Visual Impairments — “Skip the Hassle! How AI Expands Your Freedom at Work”

Organizer: VISI-ONE Innovation Hub Operated by: International Blind Football Foundation (IBF Foundation) Operational support: Santen Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd.

  1. Purpose of the workshop

“Office feels hard to use…” “Tasks take me forever…” Have you ever felt that way? This workshop shares ideas from the instructor on using AI to make daily work—centered on Microsoft Office—run more smoothly. Screen readers and assistive tools have been reliable allies, but AI can become a new kind of work partner. Hands-on with AI tools, you’ll find ways that fit your style—reducing document creation time, improving information organization and search, and more. Discovering “So this is how AI can be used!” will spark your next step. Let’s explore optimization methods that suit you.

  1. Workshop goals

(1) Learn AI tools matched to your goals (document creation, information access, etc.) (2) Learn a problem-solving process that applies AI to challenges in your work (3) Practice using AI and learn to choose tools that truly help you
